For a few days it feels like summer has finally settled on London, and children can enjoy playing beach games on the pavements of Somerset house.

The bikes for hire in London are nicknamed Boris bikes, after Boris Johnson, mayor of London, an avid cyclist.  The shot was taken from the entrance of Somerset House, just before visiting the Toulouse-Lautrec exhibition at Courtauld.
